The episode opens with Alka lying to Manoj, claiming she had already informed Megha and Aruna before heading to the temple. In a flashback, Arjun tells Alka that he has been orchestrating everything over the past eight years. Alka warns him that his efforts are pointless now, as the doctor has arrived and he won't be able to hide the truth about Manu any longer. She accuses Arjun and Megha of putting Manu’s life at risk. In response, Arjun says she hasn’t met her father in a long time and plays a voice recording of Ghooran, revealing that he kidnapped him. Alka is shocked. Arjun reminds her that he always treated her like a sister, but she chose to go against him. He warns her that he’s now watching her every move.

Back in the present, Aruna tells Manoj that Alka had gone to the temple. Alka questions Manoj for suspecting people while Manu’s life is in danger. Manoj asks the doctor for an update, and the doctor replies that he has mentally prepared himself to perform the surgery. Alka urges the doctor to begin, and he confirms he is ready. She pleads with Manoj to avoid unnecessary drama for Manu's sake. Manoj cautions everyone not to act smart and walks away with the doctor.

Meanwhile, Arjun tells Megha that his eight-year-long plan will finally succeed and they will definitely reach India this time. Megha prays for Manu’s well-being.

As the doctor prepares to operate, Megha reassures Manu that he’ll be fine soon. But Manu, remembering how Manoj mistreated Megha, panics and runs away. Megha follows him and asks what happened. Manu says he doesn’t want Manoj’s bone marrow, fearing he might become like him. He says he wants to be like Megha and Arjun instead.

Megha comforts Manu, assuring him that he won’t turn into Manoj. Arjun uses a metaphor, comparing humans to soil, which can be shaped into anything. He says they will never let Manu become like Manoj. Megha ties a cloth filled with soil on Manu’s hand, symbolizing that his future is in his hands, not determined by circumstances. Manu hugs Megha and Arjun. Arjun tells him that this is the final stage of their struggle.

The surgery begins. Later, the doctor informs Megha and Arjun that the operation was successful and Manu will be healthy again starting tomorrow. Overwhelmed with emotion, Megha and Arjun rejoice as the show’s title track plays in the background. Alka considers telling Manoj the truth, but without Arjun knowing.

The next day, the doctor tells Manoj he’s leaving a painkiller injection. Megha brings Manu to him. Aruna offers to take Manu to the hospital and asks Megha to come along. But Manoj says he will take Manu camping instead, and tells Aruna to visit the temple alone.

Later, Megha tells Arjun that Alka might not stay silent. Arjun reveals he placed a secret mic on her head. Alka debates telling the truth and decides to write a letter to Manoj, hiding it in his jacket pocket. As Manoj finds the letter, a sudden power outage occurs. Taking advantage of the blackout, Megha kidnaps Alka.

Manoj wonders how the power cut happened. As he investigates, he trips and notices the furniture moving eerily. He is startled to see Arjun holding a rope.
