The episode opens with Aruna placing Manu on the bed, visibly worried about his condition. Manoj arrives and sees blood trickling from Manu's nose, sparking concern. Alka informs him that the time for surgery has come. Manoj lashes out at them for missing the signs. Manu explains he hid his symptoms to avoid making everyone anxious. Aruna urges Manoj to call the doctor immediately.

Later, Manu expresses his desire to be like Megha, but says destiny won’t allow it. Megha comforts him, urging him not to lose hope. Manu shares his sadness over Arjun arriving late and not being able to bond. Arjun promises him they'll make up for lost time and play together.

Megha reassures Manu that they will overcome the challenges of Bandipur, while Arjun silently worries about how to conceal Manu’s true identity from the doctor.

Elsewhere, Alka reflects on a past argument with Manu and heads to the godown, where she finds Manoj. In a shocking twist, she reveals that Manu is actually a girl, not a boy. She accuses Megha of manipulating Manoj just to use Manu for a bone marrow transplant and escape later with Arjun, who she claims is alive. Alka believes Megha plans to take Manu away from her forever.

To her shock, Arjun overhears everything, appears suddenly, and ties Alka to a chair. Megha soon arrives, and Arjun tells her she was right about Alka all along. Manu also enters the scene. Megha pleads with Alka to meet Manu one last time. Alka begs her not to take Manu away, saying she cannot live without her. Megha replies that Alka made her own choices.

Meanwhile, Manoj's men forcefully bring the doctor. They inform him of the emergency and pressure him into performing the surgery so Manoj can profit from it. The doctor insists on examining Manu first and inquires about her medical history. Megha explains the background of the bone marrow transplant.

Back in the house, Manoj asks about Alka’s whereabouts. Aruna lies, saying Alka has gone to the temple. Manoj becomes furious but agrees to participate in aarti for Manu's wellbeing when Aruna suggests it.

Later, Megha tells Aruna that the doctor is Bengali. Taking the cue, Aruna begins singing aarti in Bengali. Manoj is confused and asks why the language was changed, to which Megha responds that prayer transcends language.

As the aarti concludes, the doctor whispers something to Aruna. Manoj demands to know what was said. Megha insists the surgery must begin without delay, but Manoj becomes suspicious and questions the doctor’s sudden willingness. At that moment, Alka reappears and announces that she will reveal the entire truth.
