Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 26th September 2025 Written Update: Geetanjali Gets Jealous, Mayra’s Plan, and Dadi Sa’s Anger

The story of Star Plus’ popular serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is getting more dramatic with every episode. In the upcoming episode, viewers will witness Abhira and Armaan playing Dandiya together, which makes Geetanjali extremely jealous.

Episode Highlights

The episode begins with Mayra and Armaan. Armaan helps Mayra and jokingly says that instead of any condition, she must dance with him at night. Mayra replies that she doesn’t know how to play Dandiya. Armaan admits he doesn’t know either, and both of them practice by watching videos online. While they are practicing, Abhira notices them and tries to join, but Geetanjali interrupts, reminding Armaan that he forgot to bring sindoor in the rush of preparing for his honeymoon.

Meanwhile, Abhira steps aside to fix the music system and asks Armaan to stay away, saying he cannot take responsibility for her. Geetanjali assumes Abhira is ignoring her and whispers her disappointment. Later, at the Navratri party, Tanya meets Krish’s friends, who unintentionally mock her. When she tries to respond, Krish holds her hand, stopping her.

Geetanjali then asks Armaan to apply sindoor on her forehead. Armaan refuses at first, but after both Abhira and Geetanjali insist, he fills Geetanjali’s hairline. This reminds him of the moment when he had previously applied sindoor to Abhira. Seeing this, Abhira gets emotional and starts crying alone. She also overhears Dadi Sa trying to hide the fact that Kiara has been staying at Abhir’s house.

Later, Armaan dances Dandiya with Geetanjali, but his eyes constantly search for Abhira. Mayra imagines Armaan, Abhira, and herself playing Dandiya together, but in reality, Abhira stands alone. After Mayra insists, Abhira finally joins the dance. Dadi Sa performs nazar utarna (warding off evil) for Abhira as she dances with Armaan, further fueling Geetanjali’s jealousy.

Mayra cleverly ties Armaan’s and Abhira’s clothes together, bringing them closer. Dadi Sa notices and comes forward to untie the knot, but before she can, someone tampers with the music system. Abhira goes to fix it, ending the Dandiya night and sending everyone back to their rooms.

Upcoming Twist

In the upcoming episode, Geetanjali tries to get closer to Armaan, but he tells her clearly that nothing will ever happen between them. He confesses to Abhira that his marriage to Geetanjali happened only out of compulsion. Shocked, Abhira responds, “Whatever the reason, marriage is still marriage.”
