Anupama 29th August 2025 Written Episode Update: Anupama Cherishes Anuj’s Memories, Rahi’s Fierce Training Creates Tension, Team Member Injured?

The episode begins with Anupama lost in Anuj’s memories. On the occasion of Janmashtami and Anuj’s birthday, she recalls their emotional moments together. In a dream sequence, she imagines Anuj walking toward her and confessing his love. Coming back to reality, Anupama expresses to Anuj that the upcoming dance competition will bring her face-to-face with her own daughter, Rahi. She fears Rahi will distance herself even more but firmly decides not to step back. She asks Anuj for strength and guidance.

Meanwhile, blessings are divided—Leela blesses Anupama to win, while Khyati wishes Rahi victory at any cost. The next morning, Anupama feels Anuj’s spiritual presence and joyfully confesses her love, believing fate is showing her signs that Anuj is always with her.

On the other side, Rahi trains aggressively with the determination to defeat Anupama and crush her ego. She pushes her dance team beyond their limits, leaving them exhausted. Despite Prem offering protein shakes and suggesting rest, Rahi refuses to slow down. This frustrates Pari, who reminds her that the competition should not be about ego or revenge against Anupama. Eventually, the team walks out, leaving Rahi fuming.

In the Kothari household, another drama unfolds. Vasundhara calls a lawyer to secure custody of Prarthana’s baby. Parag objects strongly, sending the lawyer away and clashing with Gautam. Heated arguments follow, with Gautam demanding his rights as the father, while Parag claims his authority as Prarthana’s father. Tensions rise further when Vasundhara sides with Gautam, insisting the baby will remain with the Kotharis.

Back at Anupama’s rehearsal, one of her team members seems distracted. Anupama checks on her, only to learn that the girl is newly married and her mother-in-law disapproves of her long absence, especially with Mangala Gauri Puja approaching. Despite her struggles, she assures Anupama she will manage.
