As the evening unfolds, Mangal lovingly convinces Akshat to drink milk. When Adit shows up with a pillow in hand, Akshat innocently asks if he’s sleeping outside. He insists Adit and Mangal sleep in his room. Saumya is shocked to find Adit missing from their room and fuming when she sees him sleeping near Mangal.

Meanwhile, Kapil’s mother secretly gets his kundali matched with a girl at the temple. Due to a gust of wind, the paper lands in Saumya’s hand — and it's Mangal's kundali!

Saumya grows suspicious. When Pratibha, Kapil’s mother, asks for the kundali, she lies about her daughter-in-law’s name.
