Episode Highlights: Abhira in Pain, Armaan Follows Her

The episode begins with Abhira still emotionally wounded, yet she gathers the strength to deliver a parcel at Armaan’s house. Just as she leaves a saree outside the door, Armaan sees her and follows her discreetly.

Meanwhile, guests begin arriving at Armaan’s house, assuming they were invited by Mayra to attend his engagement. Armaan is stunned to hear this, completely unaware of any such arrangement.

Mayra’s Surprise Plan and Armaan’s Memories

Mayra spots the saree outside and dresses Geetanjali in it. Geetanjali, confused, questions Mayra’s actions, but Mayra avoids giving answers. To ward off the evil eye, she puts a black dot (kala tika) on Geetanjali and brings her out in front of the guests—without Geetanjali knowing she’s being presented for an engagement ceremony.

As Armaan chases Abhira, she leaves in a rickshaw. Seeing her go brings back fond memories—especially how he only used to eat pumpkin curry prepared by Abhira. Lost in thoughts, Armaan slips on a pumpkin and falls.

Armaan Refuses to Get Engaged

When Mayra brings Geetanjali down, guests start congratulating her and Armaan. Just as Mayra attempts to put the engagement ring on Armaan’s finger, he throws the ring away in anger. Furious, Armaan asks the guests to leave, declaring that no engagement is taking place.

Mayra, terrified, hides behind Geetanjali and claims that she’s just a child and didn’t know better. She says Armaan should question Dadu instead. Armaan confronts her and demands to know why she did this.

Mayra emotionally reveals that she arranged the engagement because during school events like Annual Day, everyone has two parents present, but she doesn’t. She wanted Armaan and Geetanjali to become her parents.
