Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 22nd July 2025 Written Episode Update: Abhira Reunites with Pookie – But Is She the Real One?

The episode begins with Maira praying for Armaan’s recovery. Abhira arrives at the temple, and Maira urges her to pray too. Though Abhira says she doesn’t believe in God, Maira says she will pray on behalf of Pookie. Just then, a nurse informs them that Armaan is regaining consciousness. Maira leaves, and Abhira happily shares the news with everyone.

Soon, Anshuman tells Abhira that Pookie has been found. Overcome with emotion, Abhira falls at his feet in gratitude. However, Kaveri worries—what will happen if Anshuman tells Abhira the truth, especially since Armaan hasn't recovered yet?

In a heartwarming moment, a young girl calls Abhira “Mumma.” Abhira, overwhelmed, hugs the girl tightly. The girl claims to be Pookie, and Abhira instinctively refers to her as her and Armaan’s daughter. She quickly apologizes to Anshuman, who reassures her with a smile.

Meanwhile, Armaan wakes up and, upon seeing Pookie’s poster, decides it's time to reveal the truth to Abhira. Geetanjali, realizing Armaan is missing from his room, rushes to find him.

Abhira, still emotional, asks who raised Pookie all these years. A woman named Preeti steps forward and says Pookie lived with her. Abhira thanks her deeply. Preeti asks if she can visit Pookie on weekends, and Abhira readily agrees. Preeti adds that Pookie is just like her mother.

To support Preeti, Anshuman hands her a check to repay the loan she took for raising Pookie. Just as Preeti is about to leave, Kaveri blurts out that this child is not Pookie. She insists the girl resembles Preeti, hinting she might be her biological daughter. Preeti defends herself and shows Pookie’s old dress as proof. The family accepts it, but Kaveri, who knows the truth, stays skeptical. Abhira takes the child to meet Armaan.

Elsewhere, Armaan imagines a happy family life with Abhira and Maira. But he quickly realizes it’s just a dream. He knows Abhira may never forgive him, but he is determined to tell her the truth.

Abhira finds a weak Armaan in the hallway. Doctors are called to attend to him. Abhira introduces Pookie to him, but Geetanjali thinks seeing her has worsened his condition. She asks Abhira to stay away for now.

Inside the room, Armaan murmurs that he needs to tell Abhira that Maira is Pookie. Kaveri fears that the truth, if revealed now, could seriously harm Armaan.

Vidya feels hopeful, thinking the family is finally complete, but Kaveri knows the coming truth could destroy everything. Maira meets Pookie and apologizes to Abhira for past behavior. Abhira forgives her, and they hug.
