Udne Ki Aasha 22nd July 2025 Written Update: Will Sayali Learn the Truth About Sachin’s Past?

The episode opens with Sachin introducing Ranjit to his group of friends. They are surprised he never mentioned Ranjit before. Sachin explains they were out of touch for a long time. He praises Ranjit, saying he owes everything to him, and his friends agree to let Ranjit stay.

Meanwhile, Riya comforts a worried Sayali, assuring her that Dilip is lucky to have her and that things will eventually get better. Outside, Roshni observes the strange fight between Riya and Sayali and suspects something odd. When she checks on them, Sayali and Riya quickly fake another fight to keep their act believable.

As Sachin prepares to leave, Ranjit emotionally manipulates him to stay the night, saying he wants to talk. Although Sachin initially refuses, worrying that Sayali will be concerned, he eventually calls her and lies that there’s no space for Ranjit at home. Sayali is visibly upset and becomes suspicious of this anonymous friend.

Sachin, Ranjit, and their friends begin drinking together. A friendly competition soon turns intense, leading Sachin and Ranjit to get heavily drunk. Tensions arise as Sachin’s other friends feel left out.

Elsewhere, Riya interrupts Akash, who is preparing a menu for his boss's daughter. When she teases him, he brushes it off as work. Irritated, she leaves and finds Sayali sitting alone. Riya tries to comfort her, saying it's normal for Sachin to spend time with friends, but Sayali feels something is off—she fears this friend might bring chaos into Sachin's life.

Later, an emotional conversation unfolds between Sachin and Ranjit. Sachin recalls being bullied as a child and how Ranjit rescued him, offering him shelter for three years. Ranjit questions why Sachin never looked back after leaving. Sachin confesses that his painful past, including abandonment by Renuka, made him want to forget everything.

Ranjit urges Sachin to tell the truth to Sayali, saying real love can survive anything. But Sachin is terrified—he believes Sayali will leave him if she discovers he spent time in a juvenile correction home (Baal Sudhar Grah). He fears she won’t be able to accept that he was once labeled a criminal.

Haunted by these fears, Sachin has a nightmare where Sayali finds out the truth and leaves him. Waking up in panic, Sachin becomes even more determined to bury his past.

The next morning, Renuka questions why so much food is left. Roshni says Sachin didn’t come home. Renuka mocks that he was probably drunk somewhere, and Sayali defends him, saying he was with an old friend. Renuka continues taunting, accusing Sachin of being unable to control his drinking. Sayali, hurt by these comments, tells Roshni to focus on Tejas instead. Internally, Sayali feels disappointed in Sachin for putting her through this.
