The episode begins with Bhavya and Rishank reviewing hidden footage captured during the Ashram documentary shoot. The video shows a suspicious figure in a wig entering Nitin’s room. Bhavya strongly suspects Buamaa’s involvement, but Rishank refuses to believe it. When Bhavya attempts to show him the rudraksh bead she had, she discovers it’s missing—already taken by Buamaa. This deepens Rishank’s distrust in her.

The next morning, Buamaa asks Bhavya to eat the food first to prove it’s safe. Bhavya refuses. Reha intervenes, pretending to fast for her first festival with Rishank. Rishank arrives with a gajra and lovingly ties it in Reha’s hair, further hurting Bhavya—who hides her pain and offers to decorate the house for their celebration.

While Bhavya prepares to eat alone in her room, Rishank questions her behavior. She coldly dismisses him, asking him to focus on Reha.

Reha's makeup artists arrive and secretly sabotage her look—making her drink something, removing the gajra, and ruining her makeup completely. It is revealed that the saboteurs are none other than Bhavya’s mother and Mausi. When they bump into Bhavya while escaping, she realizes what happened and discreetly tells them to leave. Reha arrives, humiliated and in tears, holding her stomach. Sakshi sees Reha drinking water and informs Buamaa that she broke her fast.

Bhavya uses the moment to taunt Rishank, claiming she decorated everything for the festival. As she moves a flower basket, a sudden blast occurs, injuring her. Bhavya collapses, and a panicked Rishank rushes to her side, desperately trying to wake her.

Bhavya, bitter and heartbroken, tells him that if it took a near-death experience for him to trust her, he should’ve let her die. She tells him to leave and go to Reha. Overcome with emotion, Bhavya faints again in his arms.
