The episode opens with an emotional Mannat revealing that she never wanted to believe Aishwarya was her biological mother. For her, Shruti Khanna is the only mother she has ever known. She confesses that when doctors asked her to find a liver donor, Aishwarya was the one who matched. That's when the truth began to unravel.

Meanwhile, Aishwarya’s mother-in-law refuses to accept the truth, hurling accusations at Sonia and questioning her character. Vikrant tries to bring calm by asking for space, but the tension rises. Malika taunts Aishwarya for favoring her “illegitimate” child over her real family, prompting Gagan to stand up for his mother, demanding respect.

Gagan questions Aishwarya about her injuries and defends her against everyone, reminding them that the house belongs to Ronny, not to her mother-in-law. He then confesses that he knew the truth about Mannat earlier but kept it hidden for the sake of peace. He adds that what hurt him most wasn’t the truth itself—but that Mannat was abandoned by her own mother and was nearly erased from her life.

Then comes the shocking moment — Aishwarya finally speaks up.

She confesses that she did indeed abandon her daughter, but it was not out of cruelty. Aishwarya reveals a painful chapter from her life involving Anirudh Saxena, a man with a criminal background who once proposed to her. When she rejected him, his ego was shattered, and he started harassing her. She even filed a police complaint, but no action was taken.

One fateful night, Aishwarya was assaulted by Anirudh in her hostel. Despite her screams, no one came to help. She never returned to her job or home after that, and never told Shruti the truth—she lied that her boyfriend had abandoned her. But in reality, she was a victim of sexual assault.

Seeing Mannat being assaulted by goons recently triggered that trauma again. She realized she couldn’t love the child she gave birth to, as the baby reminded her of that horrifying night. Tearfully, she says she wanted to forget the past but could no longer run from it.

Aishwarya apologizes to both Mannat and Shruti. Mannat also apologizes, acknowledging how Aishwarya suffered. They share an emotional hug. Shruti and Gagan both comfort Aishwarya and stand with her. Malika, watching the scene, is worried her own lies may soon come to light.
