The episode begins with the family discovering that Malika has taken sleeping pills. Meanwhile, Mannat recalls her secret meeting with Anirudh, where he revealed his true identity and asked her not to involve him if she files a case against Malika. He promised to support her in the background. Vikrant questions Mannat about how she managed to stop Malika from being arrested.

Aishwarya, realizing Malika is faking the suicide attempt, joins in the drama. She accuses Vikrant of driving Malika to this point and manipulates the situation to gain sympathy. When Mannat tries to intervene, Aishwarya shifts the blame entirely on her. Aishwarya emotionally blackmails the family and calls a doctor, pretending to be concerned for Malika.

As the doctor checks Malika, Aishwarya bribes her to continue the act. Suspicious, Mannat senses something is off. Meanwhile, Anirudh grows furious seeing how Aishwarya is targeting Mannat and vows that she will face consequences.

Outside, Aishwarya informs Varun of a family emergency. Varun, curious about the situation, asks Anirudh for details. The doctor later informs the family that Malika’s condition is serious and tells everyone to leave the room except Aishwarya, who continues her performance, claiming no one cares about her daughter. Vikrant, guilt-ridden, begins to blame himself.

Mannat tries to comfort Vikrant by giving him a small paper boat, just as he once did for her. She reminds him to have faith in God, which deeply moves him. Meanwhile, Aishwarya threatens Neetu with Vikrant’s adoption secret, manipulating her to support Malika. Neetu warns Mannat to stay away from Vikrant, reminding her that Malika is still his wife.

Aishwarya fuels the tension further, saying that Vikrant always prioritized Mannat, which led to this situation. Even Neetu accuses him of neglecting Malika. Vikrant defends himself, explaining he never loved Malika but still tried to fulfill his responsibilities.

Later, the doctor confirms that Malika is out of danger. Mannat grows more convinced of the setup and decides to gather proof. She overhears Malika and Aishwarya laughing together, proud of their manipulation. Malika even mimics asking Vikrant for forgiveness, trying to win him back emotionally.

Meanwhile, Varun informs Anirudh that Malika and Vikrant's marriage is Aishwarya’s last hope. Anirudh decides to coordinate with Mannat to expose the truth. As Mannat begins investigating, Gagan unexpectedly apologizes to her on behalf of Malika and confesses that his past arrogance ruined their family. He admits both he and Vikrant are victims of Aishwarya’s control.

After Gagan leaves, Mannat discovers a bottle of sleeping medicine and starts doubting the real story. She wonders how to prove whether Malika actually consumed the pills. Later, Aishwarya tells Malika to continue the act, while Malika keeps muttering Vikrant’s name and begging for forgiveness.
