Today’s episode begins with an intense moment when a server collapses due to cardiac arrest. Neil steps in and saves him, earning praise from everyone present. Sai, deeply impressed, tells Neil she now dreams of becoming a doctor like him.

However, Savi becomes increasingly uneasy watching Sai grow closer to Neil. She worries that once Neil regains his memory, this fragile world they’ve built will fall apart.

Neil Plans a Birthday Surprise for Savi

Later that evening, Neil innocently asks Savi to help put Sai to bed. When alone, Sai confides in Neil that it’s Savi’s birthday tomorrow. Touched by the gesture, Neil secretly plans a surprise celebration.

The next morning, Savi wakes up to find a beautiful bouquet and a heartfelt note from Neil. The note expresses that though he doesn’t remember the past, he wants to make new memories with her. She follows a trail of flowers leading to a surprise birthday party organized by Neil and the entire family.

Neil gifts her a delicate chain and promises to prove his love for her in small, meaningful ways every day.

Savi Battles Guilt and Secrets

Overwhelmed with emotion, Savi considers telling Neil the truth. But when she imagines him fainting from the shock, she stops herself. Neil notices something is off and gently questions her. Savi quickly covers up, pretending to be surprised that he remembered her birthday.

Meanwhile, Leena expresses concern to Vinod, warning that Neil is growing too close to Savi and Sai, and ignoring his real family. She fears that Savi is manipulating the situation. Savi overhears their conversation and insists she’ll leave once Neil regains his memory.

In front of the family, Savi returns Neil’s birthday gift, leaving him visibly shaken.

Neil Begins to Question Everything

Neil starts doubting the life around him. He questions his relationship with Savi and asks his sister and Yash about his past. He nearly utters the name “Tejaswini,” suggesting that his memory is starting to return.

Disturbed, Neil turns to alcohol. When Savi tries to stop him, she injures her hand on a broken bottle. Neil immediately rushes to care for her.

He then confronts Savi directly—asking why she’s always nervous, why her last name is Thakkar and not Pradhan, and why some of her belongings are missing from the wardrobe. His questions strike at the truth Savi has been hiding.

Overwhelmed and emotional, Savi hugs Neil tightly—unable to lie anymore, but still afraid to come clean.
