Anupama 7th July 2025 Written Update: Anupama's Dance Comeback, Rita Joins Dance Rani Group

The storyline of Star Plus's popular serial Anupama continues to capture hearts with emotional depth and fresh twists. In today’s episode, Anupama comes up with a heartfelt plan to bring Rita into the dance group.

Episode Begins with Anupama's Care

The episode opens with Anupama massaging Bharti’s legs. Bharti is in pain and asks her to stop, but Anupama distracts her by sharing a story about meeting Shah Rukh Khan, which surprises Bharti. Later, Anupama reveals it was a dream, just to keep her engaged during the massage.

Anupama's New Plan for Rita

Jaspreet asks Anupama how she manages everything so well. Anupama replies that a mother can do anything for her child. The conversation leads to Rita, and Jaspreet wonders if she’ll join their dance team. Anupama confidently says Rita won’t come on her own — someone will bring her.

Meanwhile, Pakhi visits from the Kothari family and expresses her excitement about dancing with Raahi. Ba scolds Pakhi, warning her that Raahi isn’t Anupama, and if Anupama returns, they won’t win. Ba also demands higher rent from Prarthana next month, hinting that she misses Anupama.

Guru Ji Prepares the Team

In the morning, Guru Ji arrives with his dance troupe. He talks about the strength of unity in a team. He praises Raahi's dancing and reveals her real name is Ragini. Anupama is shocked, suspecting that this might be her long-lost Raahi. When asked to name the team, Anupama suggests "Dance Rani," which everyone loves. However, Jaspreet points out Rita hasn't arrived yet.

Sarita's Divine Act to Convince Rita’s Family

To get Rita into the dance group, the team stages a divine act where Sarita pretends to be possessed by the goddess. Locals gather, including Rita’s mother-in-law, who talks about her son’s job. Sarita advises her to treat Rita like a daughter for happiness at home. With Anupama’s subtle support, Sarita convinces the mother-in-law, who then requests Anupama to include Rita in the dance group. Anupama agrees, though she feels conflicted for using faith to achieve this.

Later, she shares her guilt but understands that her intentions were right. Anupama asks Jaspreet to take back her money, and the team joyfully welcomes Rita.

What to Expect in the Next Episode

In the upcoming episode, Guru Ji injures himself while teaching, leaving the group worried. They assume the dance performance will be postponed until next year. However, Guru Ji reminds Anupama of her old dream and encourages her to lead. He hands over his anklets (ghungroos) to her.

Anupama goes for an audition but faces a strict rule: if one team member fails, the whole team is disqualified. Jaspreet warns Anupama that people like Sarita and Rita may not survive the test. Anupama is left overwhelmed by doubt and responsibility.
