Anupama 17th July 2025 Written Update: Sarita Quits Competition, Rahi & Anupama Miss Each Other at Ashram

The episode begins with Anupama running late for work. Sarita suggests taking the bus as the local trains are not operational. Meanwhile, Rahi waits for Manoharji’s student, unaware that it is Anupama. Rahi decides to leave for Bandstand with Pari, assuring they’ll return soon.

Just as Anupama arrives, Manoharji hands her a purse meant for Rahi. Anupama rushes to return it but misses them by moments. In the car, Rahi realizes her purse is missing and they turn back. As Rahi comes to retrieve it, Anupama steps inside to get a tablet. They narrowly miss meeting again. Manoharji tells Anupama that they’ll meet only when fate wills it.

Elsewhere, Parag resumes control of the business, advising Anil and Prem to stay ethical and get involved in the Mumbai operations. Prem becomes anxious, suspecting that Anupama and Rahi might meet in Mumbai soon.

Anupama later cooks a meal when Manoharji informs her about a call from Nanhi Pari Ashram—the name triggers memories of Anuj. Anupama agrees to visit. Upon returning home, she faces backlash from Sarita and the other women, accused of beating Sarita’s husband. Anupama boldly admits it, explaining she stood up to years of abuse. Jaspreet defends Anupama, adding that the man deserved it.

Anupama refuses to apologize for standing up to domestic violence, telling Sarita that silently enduring abuse sets a wrong example for her daughter. Sarita gets offended, quits the dance competition, and tells Anupama to stay away.

At home, Toshu contributes financially, while Pakhi promises to pay once they win the competition—blaming Pari for their past failure. Leela reflects on Anupama’s absence, admitting it’s hard to stay away from her.

Jaspreet, frustrated with Sarita, urges Anupama to take her place. Meanwhile, Rahi visits Nanhi Pari Ashram, reliving memories of meeting Anuj there for the first time. A caretaker recognizes her and refers to her as "Anu", revealing how much Anuj and Anupama did for the ashram and the children. Rahi corrects him, asking to be called Rahi.

Coincidentally, Anupama also arrives at the ashram around the same time.
